CHRIS ROBISON

Founder

Christopher Robison’s real estate career spans over two decades, during which he strategically immersed himself in various facets of the real estate financed industry to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of its intricacies. Equipped with this knowledge, he excels in underwriting real estate transactions and methodically evaluating operators, properties, and finance structures.

With an impressive track record in real estate acquisitions, Chris’s passion for real estate ignited early, and at the young age of 18, he made his first property purchase. Since then, he has executed transactions tallying over $50 Million across diverse real estate forms, including single-family rentals, multi-family properties, luxury furnished rentals, and self-storage facilities. In 2008, he added a residential mortgage originator license to his repertoire, a credential he retained for seven years while launching a mortgage brokerage business that continues to thrive a decade later.

Chris’s journey with investors began in 2009 when he ventured into hard money loans, working with individual investors to make loans at the courthouse steps at the foreclosure auction. His business flourished, leading to the creation of a lending fund. He has directed the origination and servicing of over $150MM in origination and the servicing of real estate investment loans. Recognizing the value of his cash-flowing properties, Chris extended this opportunity to his investor clientele, channeling over $20MM of investor capital into equity partnerships in real estate. He skillfully manages a real estate portfolio with assets exceeding $50MM.

Central to Chris’s enduring success is his unwavering commitment to creating transactions that benefit all parties involved. His expertise is structuring real estate investments to prioritize investing partners and meet and exceed anticipated returns. This constant values-centric approach has propelled Chris to be involved in over 1,000 transactions, solidifying his position in the real estate industry.

Meet Courtney, a dedicated member of our team who originally hails from New Zealand. At the impressive age of 23, she served as the Store Manager of the largest liquor store in her region. Courtney then moved to the USA, where she transitioned into roles as a Business Office Manager and Administrator at an Assisted Living Facility, showcasing her versatility and management skills. Since 2017, she has been an integral part of Chris’s start-ups, contributing to strategic system implementations, organizational development, and directing business structure. Courtney’s diverse experiences bring valuable insights to our team, making her a key asset in our company’s growth and success.

JORDAN BROWN

Director of Investor Relations

Jordan Brown is the Director of Investor Relations at Empower Investing, leveraging his vast experience in real estate ownership, operations, and development. With a diverse portfolio encompassing self-storage, industrial warehouse, office use, commercial real estate, and residential properties, Jordan has acquired nearly $9 million in the past five years. His passion for identifying investor opportunities aligns seamlessly with Empower Investing’s mission of building wealth and income through cash-flowing assets. With a background in the real estate and securities industry, Jordan’s abundant mindset and commitment to helping others achieve their goals contribute to maximizing investor value through a diversified range of real estate offerings.

KEVIN BURKE

Kevin Burke, Investor Communication Manager at Empower Investing, brings 20+ years of Real Estate Industry expertise. A retired Army Infantry Officer, Kevin’s investment journey began in 2002, leading to a successful Real Estate Sales and Property Management Company. With a diverse portfolio, including residential rentals, real estate syndications, and flipping homes, Kevin’s leadership ranges from Team Leader to Airborne Ranger Rifle Company Commander. As a licensed real estate agent in Washington, he also serves as a founder/board member of the Patriot Baseball League, impacting over 400 local youth baseball and softball players. Kevin enjoys coaching baseball, playing guitar, and golf in his spare time.
